Description / Scope of Work
The Government College of Technology (Women), Sahiwal, operating under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Agency (TEVTA) of the Government of the Punjab, invites encrypted electronic bids for the procurement of training material for the Dress Designing and Making (DDM) programme. The estimated contract value is Rs. 8,50,522 and the scope encompasses supply of specialized materials and equipment required to support vocational training delivery at the Sahiwal campus. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement conducted through national competitive bidding using the least accumulative cost method.
Bidders must be active tax filers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates from the Federal Board of Revenue. A bid security of Rs. 42,526 must be submitted as a bank guarantee, CDR, banker's cheque, pay order, or demand draft in favour of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology (Women) Sahiwal, with the original deposited physically and a scanned copy uploaded electronically. Only bidders meeting these eligibility requirements and holding valid tax registration are permitted to participate.
Bidding documents are available free of charge on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System no later than 11:00 A.M. on 14 October 2026, with online opening scheduled for 11:30 A.M. on the same date. Bid security in original form must reach the Principal's office at Govt.
