Description / Scope of Work
GE (Army) Comd & Staff College Quetta invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for nine separate contracts comprising repair, maintenance and material supply works at the College campus in Quetta, Balochistan. The tender encompasses approximately Rs 50 million in aggregate value across multiple categories including sanitary items, local materials, electrical supplies, water and gas supplies, and periodic maintenance services for military engineering infrastructure. Works are to be completed within 1–12 month periods depending on contract type, with completion deadlines ranging from December 2026 to October 2027. Individual contracts vary between Rs 4–50 million. Eligible contractors will be invited to collect tender documents after the pre-qualification stage closes within fifteen days of this advertisement.
Contractors must be enlisted with Military Engineering Services (MES) in Category E (minimum Rs 150,000 enlistment value) or hold equivalent approved enlistment from central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR or WAPDA. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and provide certificates detailing works executed in the preceding two years if not on the MES approved list. Non-MES enrolled contractors must deposit Rs 150,000 as earnest money with the State Bank of Pakistan in favour of GE (A) C&SC Qta before tender issuance.
Tender documents are available for examination at the office of the undersigned in Quetta. Bid submissions must arrive in two sealed envelopes—one containing the priced tender and the other the priced bill of quantities—at GE (A) C&SC Quetta by 1130 hrs on 09 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hrs the same day. Tenders must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2025. The undersigned reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance.
