Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Works and Civil Engineering (DW&CE), Pakistan Air Force, Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency works comprising provision of certain facilities at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) of 2004. Four work packages are offered with estimated values of Rs. 51.953 million (M category), Rs. 24.371 million (A category), Rs. 25.066 million (A category), and Rs. 40.099 million (A category). The works are located at Pakistan Air Force installations and include residential and non-residential facility provisions. This is an emergency procurement to address critical infrastructure needs at the base.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A or B, and must be on the approved Ministry of Defence list for those categories. Contractors are required to provide certificates confirming no ongoing litigation with Government Departments in Court of Law and no outstanding special reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation. Tender documents will only be issued to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field after scrutiny of complete credentials. All contractors must certify PEC registration and submit copies thereof; those without PEC registration are ineligible.
Applications for tender document issuance must be submitted alongside complete credentials to the office of the Accepting Officer. Sealed tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 08 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Peshawar or CMES (PAF) Islamabad on working days between 0715 and 1335 hours for further details. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA Rules Para 33(1).
