Description / Scope of Work
The Office of GE (Air) MM Alam, Pakistan Air Force, invites sealed tenders for the provision of various facilities at PAF installations under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The tender encompasses twenty-seven (27) separate work packages, with individual contract values ranging from Rs. 1.112 Million to Rs. 4.000 Million (approximate). The total scope of works includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services across multiple PAF bases, with the primary location being PAF Base Mianwali in Punjab. The tender is being published in both Urdu and English language newspapers circulating in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and Mianwali (Local) on 23 September 2026, with tender submission and opening scheduled for 07 October 2026.
Eligibility criteria require firms and contractors to be enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2 and above in the relevant field, with registration validity extending at least to June 2027. Preference is given to firms also enlisted with Military Engineer Services in Categories A, B, C, D, or E. Bidders must possess no outstanding special reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (DI&E), maintain no DI&E recoveries, and provide evidence of no litigation with Government Departments in any court of law. Applicants must furnish details of completed projects including work orders, locations, photographs, and satisfactory completion certificates from users, along with bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the preceding three years. Contractors must also provide a declaration of non-involvement in any legal disputes with government entities.
Tender documents will be issued exclusively to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Sealed bids must be received at GE (Air) MM Alam PAF Base Mianwali by 1130 hours on 07 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day. Interested parties may contact CMES (PAF) Peshawar or GE (Air) MM Alam for additional information between 0715 and 1335 hours on all working days. Only complete applications will be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
