Description / Scope of Work
International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) invites electronic bids through the Electronic Procurement and Advertisement System (EPADS) for the supply of T-shirts and trophies for its Sport Gala event. The procurement scope includes 1,000 T-shirts in 12 different colors featuring the University monogram on the front and University name on the back, 12 large steel body trophies with wooden bases, and 12 medium steel body trophies with wooden bases. This is a single-stage procurement conducted under PPRA rules with a completion period of 45 days from the commencement date and a maintenance period of six calendar months after completion. The tender is open to eligible suppliers and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
Bidders must be registered with FBR on the ATL and submit bids exclusively through EPADS. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated cost must be provided as a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of IIU General Services and Misc Income Account #5963-5002471381 (Bank Alfalah), valid for at least six months. A tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) is payable in advance. Quoted rates must be firm and final, inclusive of all government taxes including GST, and income tax will be deducted at source as per law. The bid validity period is four calendar months from the tender opening date.
Bidding documents are available for download from the IIUI website (https://www.iiu.edu.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), or EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must reach the office of the Assistant Director-III Purchase & Store Section by October 12, 2026 (Monday) at 10:30 AM PST. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidder representatives via EPADS.
