Sealed tenders are invited for the procurement of miscellaneous gases on FOR Islamabad basis. This open tender, referenced as 73/2026, is issued by the Head Procurement division based in Islamabad, Federal province. Tenderers whose firms have failed to supply stores satisfactorily in past procurement cycles will not receive tender documents. The tender validity period must be a minimum of 60 days from the opening date, and any submission with validity less than this threshold will not be entertained. Tender documents containing cutting, overwriting, or alterations will be summarily rejected.
The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be submitted as a bank draft or pay order made payable to the Director Finance; cash payments will not be accepted. Tender documents can be obtained by submitting a written request on company letterhead along with the bank draft. The original bank draft must reach the procurement office one day before the tender opening date of 14 October 2026. Tenders received after the scheduled opening time of 11:00 A.M. will not be entertained. Sealed envelopes should be superscribed with the tender number 73/2026 and its due date.
