Description / Scope of Work
National Skills University Islamabad, a Federally Chartered Public Sector University, invites sealed bids from well-established and reputed firms for the purchase of IT equipment under the NRPU Project. The procurement is open to firms with offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi that are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on the EPADS platform at www.pa.epads.gov.pk. The contract shall be effective for one year from the date of signing the Contract Agreement, with the procurement conducted under Single Stage–Single Envelop (36-a) procedure.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the contract value along with a processing fee of Rs. 5,000 in favor of the Treasurer of National Skills University Islamabad (FTN 9011011-7). Both the electronic bid security documentation and physical sealed bidding documents must be submitted on or before 09th October 2026 at 10:30 am through the EPADS system and in person. Bidders are required to be well-established firms with proven track records and proper tax registration status to qualify for evaluation.
E-bidding documents must be submitted via EPADS on or before 09th October 2026 at 10:30 am, with electronic bids opening on the same day at 11:00 am. Hard copies of Certificates of Deposit (CDR) for bid security must accompany sealed bidding documents.
