Bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential" to the office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi on or before 13th October 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives. A duly filled bidding form (Annexure-O) stamped and signed by the bidder or authorised representative must accompany the bid. Bidders must provide samples of goods at the time of bid opening for approval. Quoted prices remain valid for one year from the tender opening date.
