Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) headquartered in Islamabad, Federal Territory, is procuring licenses, support and maintenance services for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under the Public Procurement Rules 2004, conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope open competitive bidding using Least Cost Based Selection technique. The contract reference is P132718 with funds reserved for fiscal year 2026-27. The scope encompasses provision of software licenses, ongoing technical support and maintenance services for both SIEM and EDR platforms to strengthen NADRA's cybersecurity infrastructure and compliance posture.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and meet specified eligibility criteria detailed in the bidding document. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the documentation.
