Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the annual maintenance of Fortinet networking equipment at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh. The RFQ reference number is IT-A4944SJ with SAP number 6100018287, issued on 17 September 2026. The scope includes comprehensive SLA support services with 24/7 vendor support and 8/5 next business day equipment replacement terms from Fortinet manufacturer, covering FortiWeb-VM02 Web Application Firewall virtual appliance (Serial No. FVVM020000206981) for the SLA period from 30 August 2026 to 10 October 2027. Additionally, the contract requires one on-site support service provider stationed at PSO House for morning shift operations (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) with CCNA or relevant certification and 1–2 years corporate experience, providing network configuration, troubleshooting, NAC problem resolution and partner coordination.
Eligible bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized enterprise partners of Fortinet in Pakistan, demonstrated by a valid OEM certificate for 2026–2027. Bidders must submit a valid Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) issued by the regional OEM authority. Registration with Pakistani income tax and sales tax departments is mandatory. The bidding process is single-stage, two-envelope (technical and commercial proposals submitted separately and sealed). Bidders must provide technical brochures with complete specifications, ensure the quoted solution is listed on the manufacturer website, and provide demonstration of the solution within one week of bid submission; failure to demonstrate will result in bid rejection.
Quotations must be submitted by 07 October 2026 to PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi-75600. The entire quoted cost must include all taxes, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning. Bidders must determine and provide any add-on requirements for integration into PSO's existing infrastructure as part of their technical proposal.
