For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a mixed supplies and services tender for routine office consumables and janitorial maintenance at a government tax office in Karachi.
The scope is broad but likely moderate in total value, involving delivery of items ranging from stationery to maintenance materials. Bidders must provide 5% earnest money and samples at bid opening. Key consideration: the tender requires demonstrated tax compliance (active NTN and Sales Tax registration) and freedom from blacklisting across any department. The warranty and after-sales service provisions are detailed, suggesting quality is prioritized. Supply schedule flexibility is limited—delays or rate increases will result in order cancellation without appeal.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers holding valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. The notice requires an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status across all departments and registration with relevant authorities. Typically, suppliers of general items and services to government must hold SECP/NTN registration and a valid Sales Tax number; this tender explicitly mandates both.
