Construction of Approach Roads at 03 nos. 132 kV Grid Stations by GEPCO

GEPCO invites E-Bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having valid up-to-date registration with up-to-date registration renewal for the year 2026-27, along with current registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Sales Tax on Services and Sales Tax on Purchases. The project concerns construction of approach roads at 03 nos. 132 kV Grid Stations at Rodhomali, Kot Agha and Passur, with an estimated cost of PKR 9,939,669. Work will be executed in Punjab under Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 as amended to date. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC under relevant category with code of specialization CE-10, holding valid registration renewal with PEC for 2026-27, and must demonstrate at least one similar work in NTDC, DISCos or WAPDA during the last two years with photocopies of work orders provided. Bid Security shall be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan at 2 percent of BOQ cost in the name of the Executive Engineer, SSA&TL Division, GEPCO, Gujranwala. Performance Security of 10 percent of Contract Price in the form of CDR must be submitted at the time of signing the Contract Agreement. Tender documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, SSA&TL Division, GEPCO, Gujranwala, located at 132 kV GIS Camli, Near DC Colony, Gujranwala, on submission and verification of original documents. The tender will be issued upon submission and verification of original documents only. An Authority Letter is required for contractor representatives to receive tender documents and participate in tendering. Tender bid validity period is 120 days. Tender documents will not be issued to contractors/firms already defaulted, debarred or blacklisted, or punished by any DISCO, NTDC or WAPDA as applicable. Contractors already working at GEPCO must submit a Performance Certificate from the concerned office at the time of tender issuance. The contractor must quote their bid inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Joint Venture, Consortium or Association is not allowed.

GEPCO is procuring construction of approach roads at three 132 kV grid stations in rural Punjab (Rodhomali, Kot Agha, Passur) under a small-value contract worth approximately PKR 9.94 million.
