Energy Saving Tools Procurement by Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Office of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of energy saving tools under the developmental project titled Strengthening and Demarcation of National Parks, Wildlife Sanctuaries, Biosphere Reserves and Conservancies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement covers 600 energy saving stoves and 300 solar cookers with a bid security of Rs. 1,000,000. The total project scope and scale indicate a medium-sized procurement aimed at supporting sustainable energy initiatives across national parks and protected areas in the province. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under the relevant category and shall submit sealed bids online through the EPADS system. The procurement shall be carried out through competitive bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Bid documents containing detailed scope, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions are available on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk from the date of advertisement until the final submission deadline. Eligible and registered bidders must submit complete bids online with all mandatory documents and bid security documents as required. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. Bid opening is scheduled for 14 October 2026 at 12:00 PM with prior bid security submission deadline at 11:30 AM the same day.
