District Council Multan invites sealed electronic bids for seven separate lots totaling approximately Rs 57.66 million for the supply of stationery and accessories, illumination of government buildings on daily rental basis, supply and fixing of stage materials including generators and beam lights on daily rental basis, electricity street light materials, plants grass carpet and excavation, food items for national days and religious events, and repair and maintenance of water pumps, motors, generators, vehicles, batteries and dewatering sets. The procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Punjab e-Procurement System with a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Bids are being sought for delivery and services in Multan district, Punjab.
All bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) prior to submission. Bid security is required at 5% of the estimated cost for each lot, submitted as a CDR in favor of the Chief Officer District Council Multan through online banking with The Bank of Punjab. Electronic bids must be downloaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System and uploaded by 12:00 PM on 10-10-2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bidders or their representatives may attend the District Council Multan office for announcement of rates. All amendments and notifications from PPRA and the Finance Department shall apply. Response time is calculated exclusively from the publication date on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules-35.
