Description / Scope of Work
The Director General Mines & Minerals, Punjab, Poonch House, Multan Road, Lahore, invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers for the supply of eight separate lots comprising stationery, printing and publication services, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, store supplies, transport services, lubricants and mobile oil charges, and hardware items. The total estimated budget across all lots ranges from Rs. 1,000,000 to Rs. 2,200,000 per lot, with a combined procurement value exceeding Rs. 12 million. Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded individually. The procurement will be conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and follows standard government procurement processes managed through the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including NTN with the Federal Board of Revenue, possess valid GST registration, hold professional tax certificates, and maintain an active taxpayers list status with the FBR. Bidders must not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices by government bodies. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally in favour of the Director General, and a performance guarantee of seven percent of the approved rate must be maintained throughout the warranty period. Technical samples and brochures are mandatory for all items and will be evaluated as part of the technical bid assessment.

Complete e-bids must be submitted online by 10:30 AM on 15 October 2026, with bids opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at Poonch House, Multan Road, Lahore. Late submissions will not be accepted. Offers remain valid for ninety days from the bid opening date.
