Description / Scope of Work
This tender invites e-bids for annual maintenance of electrical works at Daanish School Boys located on Main Indus Highway in Fazilpur, District Rajanpur, Punjab. The estimated contract value is PKR 3.700 million, covering maintenance and repair of infrastructure development works at the boys campus. The procurement is conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System in compliance with PPRA Rules (amended to date) using a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible participants must be engineering firms or contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for fiscal year 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes, holding valid NTN, STRN, and PRA Certificates with active tax filer status. All bidders must be registered on the Punjab EPAD portal. The earnest money requirement is two percent of estimated cost, equivalent to PKR 74,000, to be uploaded as PSID through e-procurement Punjab website in favour of Daanish School Boys Fazilpur Security Deposit Account. Bids must be technically and financially complete, properly signed and stamped.
Bid documents are available for download from PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), e-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx), PDS and CEA website (www.daanishschools.edu.pk), and Punjab e-procurement portal. Online submission must be completed through http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 09:30 AM on Friday, 9 October 2026. Bid opening will occur at 10:00 AM on the same day via the e.Punjab portal. Late, incomplete, unsigned or unstamped submissions, and those submitted through alternative methods will not be considered.
