Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Transmission Headquarters in Faisalabad, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under tender reference FST/TE/058/26 (P133621) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents contain detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements for the goods to be procured. The procurement office is located at Transmission Headquarter, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad City, Faisalabad District, Punjab Province.
All bids must be accompanied by bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bid Security is noted as Not Applicable for this procurement. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents before submitting their proposals.
E-Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/133621. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 03:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
