Description / Scope of Work
NAB Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous general items (goods) under reference P95419 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. This national-level procurement is open to eligible bidders registered on the EPADS platform, with the procurement to be executed in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by the mandatory bid security amount detailed in the Bid Data Sheet section. Eligible bidders must be properly registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents, including applicable regulatory requirements and documentation standards.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
