For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WIL seeks oils and lubricants suppliers under a sealed bid process with relatively modest bid security (Rs.
50,000) and tender fee (Rs. 2,500). The procurement appears to be standard operational requirement for an industrial facility rather than a large capital contract. Tight submission window and mandatory tax clearance certificate suggest WIL follows structured procurement discipline. Inspection will be conducted by designated POF authority. Established firms with prior satisfactory supply history may be exempt from submitting tender samples, indicating a preference for repeat suppliers.
Who can bid: Suppliers must be registered for taxation and possess valid NTN (National Tax Number). A certificate of professional tax clearance from Excise and Taxation Department is mandatory. Established and reputable firms with prior satisfactory supply history of similar or identical oils and lubricants may qualify for sample exemption. State-owned organisations are exempt from bid security but must still submit tender fee and tax clearance.
