Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of a PABX telephone exchange with telephone sets and block wiring for an NTC customer's site at Islamabad. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 budget with reserved funds allocated for the project. The scope includes complete delivery of the PABX system, associated telephone sets, and all necessary block wiring infrastructure to enable full operational capability at the customer's premises in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call at deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on EPADS v2.0 the same day.
