Specialized telecommunications spare parts procurement for SIP Card equipment supporting 60 channels.
Bidders must be EPADS-registered. This is a replacement/maintenance contract for existing Openscape infrastructure, suggesting recurring demand pattern rather than one-time purchase. Equipment specificity means only qualified authorized distributors or original equipment manufacturers likely eligible. Tight submission timeline (less than one month) requires rapid document preparation and secure digital bidding capability.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. For goods procurement of this nature, typically vendors require valid National Tax Number (NTN), SECP registration (if company), and authorization or technical certification from the original equipment manufacturer or recognized distributor. Specific experience with SIP Card technology or Openscape systems may be implicitly required.
