The National Highway Authority Establishment Directorate invites electronic bids from Income Tax and GST registered, ISO certified catering firms and service providers for the provision of cafeteria services at NHA Head Quarter Office located at 27-Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad on an annual basis. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per applicable regulations and procurement rules. Bidders must be well-reputed firms with demonstrated experience in providing cafeteria and catering services to government departments across Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and GST purposes, hold valid ISO certification, and demonstrate prior experience working with government entities. A bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft payable to the National Highway Authority is mandatory and must accompany each submission. Only electronic bids prepared using the NHA e-Bidding System and submitted through EPADS will be considered responsive; manual bids are not accepted.
