Description / Scope of Work
AGAHE invites sealed tenders from legally registered and experienced food and catering service providers for a Fixed Rate Framework Agreement to supply food and catering services on a need basis primarily across Multan and Muzaffargarh. The scope encompasses refreshment and meal boxes, meal-serving packages, and associated venue catering and event-support services required for AGAHE's trainings, meetings, and other project and organisational activities. Menu options are designed for single activities of approximately 25–30 participants and may be selected with or without hall and catering arrangements and other event support services as per available budget.
Bidders must be reputable, legally registered entities capable of servicing the Multan and Muzaffargarh regions. Bidders may quote rates for an individual city; partial or incomplete quotations for the items quoted may be declared non-responsive. The procurement will establish a fixed rate framework agreement with specified rate-lock periods and extension terms as detailed in Section 12 of the tender document.
Sealed tenders must be submitted by courier or in person to the AGAHE Head Office, House No 2-A, Opposite K Block Johar Town, nearby Javed Medical Center, Shan Bhatti Chock, Lahore, addressed to the AGAHE Procurement Department by 05:00 PM PST on the closing date. Detailed menu items, specifications, estimated quantities, and the complete rate schedule are set out in Section 9 of the tender document attached as an Invitation for Tender (IFT) PDF.
