Description / Scope of Work
The Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Welfare Wing) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and service providers for the solarization of Circuit House in Rawalpindi. The project is valued at approximately PKR 120 million with a scope covering multiple solarization components. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procurement conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS). The work will be executed in Rawalpindi, Punjab province, and is intended to modernize the facility's power infrastructure through renewable energy installation.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bidders may include firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers, service providers, and joint ventures actively engaged in the relevant business. A bid security of PKR 6,000,000 (fixed amount) must accompany all submissions in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made payable to Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD. Late bids will be rejected without consideration.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the ePADS website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before 5th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The submission venue is Room No. 1, Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 1:00 PM. Bidders should upload their bids well in advance of the deadline, as the procuring agency accepts no responsibility for technical failures.
