Reconstruction of National Highway N-5 under Pakistan's Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project

The National Highway Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites international organizations to participate in an open tender for the reconstruction of the National Highway N-5. This project is a critical component of Pakistan's Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework, aimed at restoring vital transport infrastructure following environmental challenges. Funded by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the works involve civil engineering for roads and bridges under a specific procurement notice. To be eligible, tenderers must originate from AIIB-eligible source countries and demonstrate a minimum experience level, specifically participation as a contractor or partner in at least one previous contract of a similar nature. The procurement will be conducted through International Open Competitive Tendering to ensure transparency and high-quality results. All interested and qualified organizations must prepare and submit their technical and financial proposals in English according to the guidelines set in the official invitation for tenders.
