Description / Scope of Work
The Government Secondary Institute for the Blind, Sheranwala Gate, Lahore invites sealed tenders for the provision of washing cloth services for boarders during the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated contract value is Rs. 1,000,000. This tender, referenced as GSIB/LHR/2026, is open to Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Punjab e-Procurement registered firms. The service is to be delivered at the institute's location in Lahore, Punjab, with payment to follow physical and technical inspection of services rendered.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and the Punjab e-Procurement platform. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated value (Rs. 50,000) must be submitted as a call deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of the Principal, Government Secondary Institute for the Blind. Bidders are required to submit certified copies of their ID card, General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and a signed acceptance of terms and conditions. Affidavits confirming the firm is not blacklisted, disqualified, or involved in legal disputes are mandatory.
Bidders must download tender forms free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement Portal or PPRA website and upload technical and financial bids by 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM through the single stage, two envelope procedure. Technical offers will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the Purchase Committee. Financial bids of technically successful firms will be evaluated later; unsuccessful bidders' financial offers remain unopened. Successful bidders must deposit 10% of the contract value as a performance guarantee before commencement. All taxes, including General Sales Tax and Income Tax, must be included in quoted rates.
