Description / Scope of Work
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of four units of Gas Leakage Detectors to be utilized at their Transmission Headquarters. These instruments must be capable of detecting Methane and Hydrogen Sulfide in high-noise environments, featuring dual measuring ranges for both low and high gas volumes. Technical requirements specify a response time of 30 seconds or less and a robust set of alarm conditions including audible, visual, and vibrational alerts. The detectors must carry ATEX certification for intrinsic safety and be suitable for use in Class I, Division I, Group D environments. Eligibility for participation requires firms to be registered with the FBR on the Active Taxpayer List and provide valid National Tax and Professional Tax clearance certificates for the 2025-26 period. A bid security of 24,000.00 Pak Rupees is mandatory. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in duplicate by 15:00 hours on 19 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 15:30 hours on the same day.
