Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTV), a federal broadcasting authority, invites competitive electronic bids from well-reputed firms, original manufacturers, authorized distributors and general order suppliers for the supply of stationery, computer stationery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, engineering, production and miscellaneous store items and furniture and fixture items to its headquarters office in Islamabad and other facilities across the country. The procurement covers requirements for the financial year 2026–27 and is structured on a closed framework agreement basis, serving PTV HQs Office, PTV News/Pakistan TV/ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy and all provincial centres including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan Muzaffarabad and rebroadcast stations (RBSs). Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a valid National Tax Number and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and comply with all criteria set out in the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible suppliers must meet all statutory registration and tax compliance requirements as mandatory under Pakistani procurement law. The notice specifies that only firms with proper SECP registration, valid NTN and active FBR taxpayer status qualify. Detailed bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available to registered bidders on the ePADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted via ePADS no later than 11:00 AM on October 14, 2026; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM on ePADS. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security at the time of submission through ePADS, and original hard copies of bid securities must reach the office of the Chairman, Senior Tender Committee before the closing date and time.
