Pak-Italian Modern Burn Centre, Nishtar Medical University Multan, under the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department of the Government of Punjab, invites bids for an Annual Repair and Maintenance Contract (AMC) covering four ventilators with parts and materials for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract is to be awarded through the E-Procurement Punjab System and will remain valid from the date of award until 30 June 2027, with possible extension for one additional year if budget is available and both parties agree. The maintenance scope includes provision of fully qualified and trained engineers, cleaning, functional checks, adjustments, phantom checks, and replacement of unserviceable parts at the contractor's cost, with a guaranteed minimum uptime of 95 percent measured continuously over 24 hours, seven days per week. This is a framework contract with quarterly payment upon production of satisfactory repair and maintenance reports from the hospital's end-users, payable by cheque from the Executive Director.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement and with income and sales tax departments. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement Punjab Portal. Bidders must establish proven credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities and may not be blacklisted, suspended, or previously removed from the institution. Earnest money of two percent of the estimated tender value must be deposited through the E-Procurement System by the closing date. Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall apply. Firms must demonstrate that they employ fully qualified maintenance engineers with specific training on the ventilator models in use and must commit to maintaining stock of spare parts throughout the contract period to minimize equipment downtime.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, which interested bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids must be uploaded by 14 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 AM through the e-procurement portal.
