Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital, Muzaffargarh, operating under the Punjab Social Security and Employee Social Security Institution, invites annual framework contract tenders for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement encompasses seven distinct categories: Small Medical Appliances (Rs. 9,000,000), Laboratory Chemicals and Reagents (Rs. 9,520,000), Blood Bank Items (Rs. 2,000,000), Dialysis Disposables and Chemicals (Rs. 4,500,000), Medical Gases (Rs. 2,200,000), Stationery and Printing Items (Rs. 2,800,000), and Local Purchase of Medicines under Panel Pharmacy M-20 (Rs. 1,950,000). The total estimated procurement value exceeds Rs. 31.97 million. All tenders are conducted simultaneously with submission and opening scheduled for 15 October 2026 at the Office of the Medical Superintendent in Muzaffargarh.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, or registered suppliers holding valid registrations with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit original Bid Security equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost for their respective category, alongside a Rs. 100 e-Stamp Paper declaration confirming non-blacklisting status with PPRA, PESSI, and Social Security Hospital Muzaffargarh. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal through the e-Procurement portal. Performance Guarantee at 7% of the contract amount will be required from successful bidders.

The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids remain valid for 90 days from opening date.
