The Kalabagh Headworks Division, Daudkhel, Punjab, invites bids from Pakistan Engineering Council licensed engineering firms and contractors for two civil works on an item rate basis under the 2nd Bi-Annual Market Rate System for the District Haripur area. The first work comprises geotechnical investigations of silt ejector number 182 at RD's PK-600 and 0+835 of Thal Canal Main Line Upper, estimated at Rs 1,842,480 with a 30-day execution period. The second work involves repair to the road of left marginal bund and over Jinnah Barrage, estimated at Rs 2,284,021 with a 45-day time limit. Both works are advertised on the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding follows a single stage two envelope procedure with tender closing on 12 October 2026 at 12:30 PM and opening on the same day at 1:00 PM. Technical and financial bids for the first work will be opened together following evaluation, while only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened for the second work. All bidders must register with the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and possess valid PEC registration for 2026-27 along with government receipts for professional tax, CNIC, enlistment and renewal fees with the Punjab Revenue Authority.
