Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites engineering firms and contractors to participate in e-tendering for boring of tube well and construction of pump house at Shah Shams Park, Multan, Punjab under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The estimated contract cost is Rs 10,468,484/- with earnest money at 5% (Rs 5,23,424/-) and a completion period of 45 days. The tender is issued under reference No.20/DE/WASA dated 18-08-2026 and will be processed entirely through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) for transparent and regulated procurement. Only registered bidders eligible under PPRA regulations may submit proposals. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System before 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the total contract amount within the time specified by WASA Multan. All bid documents shall be prepared in English language and stamped and signed by authorized signatories of firms or contractors. Technical bids will be opened at the office of the Director Engineering WASA Head office located at 316-A Shamasabad Colony, Multan on the specified date. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened publicly at an announced date and venue. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
