Description / Scope of Work
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Science and Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods related to the replacement of existing analogue CCTV cameras with a digital CCTV system at the RIC Building on the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This project is funded under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and represents a significant infrastructure upgrade to modernise the security surveillance infrastructure at the institution. The procurement follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) regulations.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents and should possess relevant experience and technical capability to supply and install digital CCTV systems. The evaluation will be conducted using a single-stage, one-envelope approach combining technical and financial assessments.
