NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) invites bids for a one-year Service Level Agreement with Parts & Consumables for its Data Centre (DC) facility located at RHO Sargodha. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under single stage-two envelope bidding procedure at national level. The contract covers maintenance, support services, spare parts and consumables required for continuous operation and optimal performance of the DC facility throughout the one-year service period. The scope encompasses all related services necessary to maintain agreed service levels and ensure minimal downtime.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the Bid Data Sheet, including registration requirements and relevant licenses or certifications. A bid security in the form specified in the tender document is mandatory. The evaluation will be conducted based on defined evaluation criteria covering technical and financial aspects of the proposals submitted by prospective bidders.
