Description / Scope of Work
The P&LP Directorate of the National University of Science and Technology Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of desktop computers for the DASR department at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This is a goods procurement under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with funds reserved for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order as specified in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Eligible bidders are those meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the standard bidding document, which covers registration, financial standing, and technical capability requirements.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/136929. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM.
