The Medical Superintendent of Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital Category-C / THQ Hospital, Takht Bhai, District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic bids through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System for the procurement of medicines, surgical items, disposables and other consumables for the Sehat Sahulat Program patients during the financial year 2026-2027. This is a single stage single envelope bidding procedure under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The procurement covers healthcare supplies for a government-funded patient assistance initiative in Takht Bhai, with a bid security requirement of PKR 500,000, and awards shall be made on the basis of highest discount offered.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayer List, possess valid NTN or SNGST registration as applicable, hold a valid Drug Sale License or Drug Manufacturing License relevant to the items being quoted, be registered or enrolled on the e-PADS and KPPRA systems where applicable, and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where required. Bidders must not be blacklisted, debarred or declared ineligible by any government department or agency, and must fulfill all other eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Standard Bidding Documents. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued by a scheduled bank must be submitted with each bid.
Bidding documents are available through the e-PADS portal and from the office of the undersigned Medical Superintendent. The last date for bid submission is 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the opening date unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents. Electronic submission must be made through the e-PADS system at https://epads.gov.pk. Bids received after the deadline shall be rejected, and the competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
