Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories, located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers for the supply of eight items of special production tools against tender reference 0285/LP/SJL/56 dated 3 August 2026. The bidding process is open to entities registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments of Pakistan. Bidders are required to meet all registration prerequisites and demonstrate supplier credentials. Complete bidding documents containing itemized specifications, technical requirements and all terms and conditions are available for download from the POF eBidding portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk at no cost, or may be collected from the Supply Chain Management office in Wah Cantt.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. The invitation seeks original manufacturers, authorized dealers and recognized suppliers capable of meeting the technical specifications and delivery timelines. Standard procurement compliance and documentation will be required from all participating bidders. Bid security and performance guarantees will be specified in the complete bidding documents.
Bid submission is strictly online through the POF eBidding portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) on or before 22 October 2026 at 1130 hours. Tenders will be opened publicly at 1200 hours on the same date.
