The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding NTN certificates for the supply of 13 Tubeless Tyres size 385/95R25 (14.00R25). The procurement is conducted under PPRA rules and is open to both indigenous and imported suppliers. Tender reference 01-1724-2-C specifies a delivery period of 9 to 12 months from the order date. The supplies will be delivered to the 502 Central Base Workshop EME located on Main Adyala Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Firms are required to submit sealed tenders before the specified closing date and are cautioned against quoting exorbitant rates.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, and provide proof of adequate godwon (warehouse) facilities. Applicants must demonstrate financial capability to the tender value, submit attested bank statements for the previous twelve months, and provide an undertaking that the firm is neither a government defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization. A bid security of 5 percent of the quoted value (with an upper limit of Rs. 1.000 million) must be submitted through bank draft or pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Additionally, firms must deposit an original Challan Form No. 32-A for Rs. 2,000 into the Government Treasury.
Tender documents and complete specifications are available from DGP (Army) upon production of required credentials including DGDP registration certificate, Sales Tax registration, proof of warehouse, financial capability undertaking, bank statements, attested CNIC of the Managing Director, and a non-default certificate. The commercial offer validity period is 120 days from the opening date. Successful bidders must provide a performance bank guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the contract value within 30 days of contract signing. Tender opening will occur in the tender room of DGP (Army) in the presence of firm representatives. Indigenous firms receive price preference as per government procedure.
