Navy seeks pre-qualified contractors for a dual-scope, ongoing facility management contract at E-8 Islamabad: structural/abnormal repairs plus furniture supply.
Scale appears medium-to-large given dual categories and government client. Notably, this is a two-stage process (prequalification by 1 Oct, then tendering by 16 Oct) compressed into nine months—tight timeline for documentation assembly. The furniture component suggests recurring provisioning, not one-time capital work. MES eligibility requirement limits competition to established firms with prior government experience.
Who can bid: Must be enlisted with MES (categories A–E) or show equivalent government experience. PEC registration mandatory. Typically requires NTN, GST registration, ban status declaration, and detailed asset/personnel inventory. Sole proprietors and partnerships likely eligible if PEC-registered; companies must be SECP-registered.
