The Project Management Unit-Board of Revenue in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for non-consulting services involving an Android-based survey for the issuance of Green Property Certificates. This extensive project, funded by the World Bank under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) initiative, is divided into three distinct geographical lots. Lot 1 covers the Lahore Division, Lot 2 encompasses the Sargodha and Gujrat Divisions, and Lot 3 includes the Faisalabad and Rawalpindi Divisions. Bidders must provide specific bid security for each lot: 1,300,000 PKR for Lot 1, 1,200,000 PKR for Lot 2, and 1,500,000 PKR for Lot 3. Bidding will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible firms may download the bidding documents from the official PULSE website. Technical and financial proposals must be physically delivered to the Project Management Unit office in New Garden Town.
