Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Director of Local Government and Rural Development Department in Pattan, District Kohistan Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the repair and maintenance of transformers. This project carries an estimated cost of 10 million Rupees and follows a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through the EPADS portal. Eligible participants must be Government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding relevant codes EE04 and EE05, and must be enlisted with the C&W Department. Additionally, only PESCO registered firms or workshops are eligible to apply. A bid security of 200,000 Rupees (two percent of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically and physically via courier to the Pattan headquarters by the deadline. Detailed rate analysis is required for bids quoted more than twenty percent below the engineer's estimate. Bids remain valid for 90 days, and the successful contractor must commence work within 15 days of the work order issuance. The final date for electronic submission and physical document delivery is 12:30 PM on 26 May 2025.
