Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Military Accounts Department in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of various IT and electrical equipment for the AIMS project. This significant procurement involves multiple lots including forty 6 KVA UPS systems, one hundred 3 KVA UPS systems, and one thousand Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 licenses. Additionally, the scope covers one hundred book scanners, one hundred Layer 3 network manageable switches, and the provision of over twelve hundred LAN nodes and electrification points. Interested bidders must be registered with the FBR for income and sales tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A minimum annual turnover of 50 million PKR over the last three years and at least three years of experience in similar projects are mandatory requirements. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope process and must be submitted through the EPADS system. All equipment requires a three year comprehensive warranty.
