Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Ring Road Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of five heavy vehicles, including fork lifters, mobile workshops, and breakdown recovery units. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with a total estimated cost of 8 million Rupees. Interested firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income and Sales Tax and maintain an active taxpayer profile for the 2025-26 financial year. Technical proposals must be accompanied by a 2% bid security amounting to 160,000 Rupees in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Bidders are required to submit their offers through the EPADS e-procurement portal no later than 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026.
