Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various I.T. equipment and machinery items for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement process is divided into two distinct lots with a total estimated budget of approximately 2.45 million Rupees. Lot 1 focuses on I.T. equipment including high-performance Core i5 13th generation computers, laser printers, and smart UPS units. Lot 2 covers machinery and security equipment including multiple CCTV NVRs, thirty-four IP cameras, POE switches, and necessary power backups. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority lists. Participation is strictly electronic through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPADS), as physical bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the portal by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026. All items must carry a one-year warranty and a bid security of five percent of the estimated cost is mandatory
