Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Model College for Girls I-10/4 under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationary items under procurement reference P142080 for financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for the institution located in Sector I-10/4, Islamabad, and will be executed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and all applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement.
