Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Saidu Sharif Swat invites proposals from registered firms, companies, authorized dealers, whole sale dealers, and general order suppliers for procurement of four categories of items through single stage two envelopes procedure under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. The procurement includes printing items, stationery items, machinery items, and sports items with bid securities ranging from Rs 500,000 to Rs 1,000,000. The tender is advertised through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal and encompasses supplies for the education board operating in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
All participating firms, companies, authorized dealers, whole sale dealers, distributors, and general order suppliers must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), KPRA, and GST registration that are active on the FBR Active Taxpayers list. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Secretary BISE Saidu Sharif Swat. Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) can be downloaded from the E-PADS portal at www.kp.eprocred.gov.pk after publication, and interested bidders must register with E-PADS to participate.
Standard Bidding Documents are available for download from E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocred.gov.pk), KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk), and BISE website (www.bisess.edu.pk). All rates and required documents must be uploaded online via the E-PADS system by the submission deadline of 26 October 2026 at 02:00 PM. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM and tender opening will occur on 26 October 2026 at 02:30 PM. Bidders are advised to thoroughly study the SBDs which contain complete technical specifications for each procurement category.
