Supply of Feed Items for Military Farms FY 2026/27

HQ Log 31 Corps, RV&F Branch, Bahawalpur Cantonment invites sealed tenders for the supply of high-quality feed items to military farms under its management for the financial year 2026/27. The tender covers seven feed ingredients: Corn Grain (105 tons), Canola Meal (88 tons), Sunflower Meal (48 tons), Calcium Carbonate (6 tons), Sodium Chloride (4.5 tons), Toxin Binder (3.2 tons), and Rapeseed Meal (48 tons), with a combined estimated value reflecting current market rates for animal nutrition. The procurement is intended to support livestock operations across military farms in Punjab province. Tenders will be received at the office of Head Quarter Log 31 Corps, Bahawalpur Cantonment until 11:00 hours on 19 October 2026 and opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of a Board of Officers and authorized representatives. Interested firms must submit sealed bids on the prescribed proforma by the deadline with all supporting documentation and financial undertakings. Bidders are required to provide a 2% bid security in the form of a certified deposit receipt issued by a bank in the name of RVBF at PG HQ Rawalpindi, three-year bank statements, evidence of supply sources for all feed ingredients, and registrations for Canola Meal and Rapeseed Meal. All supplied items must comply with quality standards verified through testing at a government-approved laboratory; rejected or substandard items will be subject to replacement at the contractor's expense. The tender is open to firms with proven track record in feed ingredient supply and no history of unsatisfactory performance on previous military farm contracts.
