Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company invites tenders for the supply of civil, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous items required for the construction of a mutton and beef wholesale market. This is a framework contract with a duration of 12 months, advertised under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. PAMCO, a non-profit organisation established under the Companies Ordinance 1984, operates a state-of-the-art abattoir at Lahore focused on providing halal, healthy and hygienic meat for local consumption and export. The tender is open to interested parties and detailed specifications for all items and jobs are provided in Annex-C of the bidding document. The project is located at 18-K.m Multan Road, Shahpur Kanjran, Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must submit their bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System Portal by 04:30 PM on 19th October 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a digital bid security (earnest money) submitted as a digital bank guarantee or 1Link payment method through the e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDRs, pay orders and demand drafts are not accepted. Bids lacking valid digital bank guarantees or online payment will be rejected. The bidding procedure follows single stage-single envelope rules, and alternative bids will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for investigating all factors and no financial adjustments or time schedule modifications will be entertained post-award.
