Description / Scope of Work
The Public Prosecution Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for a comprehensive framework contract for the procurement of various store items spanning the years 2025 to 2027. This extensive procurement is divided into ten distinct lots, covering stationary items, computer stationery, printing and publications, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, hardware, and transport repair services. The estimated cost for individual lots in the 2025-26 financial year ranges up to 46 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be validly registered with income tax, sales tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) departments and should possess at least two years of relevant experience. Participation is restricted to registered firms, companies, or individuals who must submit their technical and financial proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of 3% of the estimated price for each category is required. Technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026 at the Civil Secretariat in Lahore. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for each lot who meets all mandatory technical and legal eligibility criteria.
