Lithium Battery 72V 300Ah with Charger Supply by Cantonment Board Peshawar

Cantonment Board Peshawar, a statutory body under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites electronic bids from registered suppliers and manufacturers for the provision of Lithium Battery 72V 300Ah with 22.00 KWh capacity charger. Two units are required under this e-bidding tender floated through the PPRA EPAD system. The procurement is open to well-reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed as active taxpayers. Peshawar-based and nationwide suppliers are encouraged to participate. All bidders must possess valid GST, NTN and STRN certificates. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a call deposit (original) from a scheduled bank before the closing date and time. The tender shall be cast electronically on 5 August 2026 up to 1100 hours and opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. Conditional tenders without call deposit shall not be entertained. Tender documents and bid forms can be filled online and downloaded from the PPRA EPAD website. Cantonment Board Peshawar reserves the right to demand analysis of quoted rates to verify reasonableness and workability, and to accept or reject any or all tenders prior to approval as per PPRA Rules 2004. No escalation on quoted rates is admissible after submission. All government taxes are deductible from the contractor's bill as per rules.
